- Can you administer medications?- Yes. We do require medications to be in the original bottle/package with directions. Medications can be given 7 a.m.-7p.m. We no longer take diabetic dogs requiring insulin shots. 
- What should I bring from home?- We ask that you bring dry food in gallon ziplock bags or individual ziplock bags. We can also take food packaged requiring refrigeration. - You may bring toys but no stuffed toys or rawhides. - We provide beds/cots/blankets and bowls. You may bring a special blanket from home if you wish. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. 
- What happens if there is bad weather?- Owner lives on premises so guests will be cared for. Our facility is equipped with central A/C, heat and security cameras. 
- What is a late check out fee?- Any guest picked up after hours will be charged a $40 fee. Rates are per calendar day regardless of time of drop off or pick up. Owner is responsible for all days reserved even if coming home early. 
- What forms of payment are accepted?- We accept check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash. We offer a 4% discount if cash. 6% sales tax is collected per state law. 
- What vaccines do you require?- We require proof of rabies, distemper and Bordetella vaccines. We require proof of these before your dogs drop off date. 
- Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered?- We will take unaltered dogs; however, females in heat may not board. If female comes into heat during their stay a $15 per day fee will apply. 
- Do You board puppies?- Puppies under 12 weeks of age are not allowed. Puppies must have completed their series of puppy vaccines before they can board.
